I was fascinated by the great location in the Oku Yufuin Kogen Resort, which overlooks Mt. Yufu and Mt. Tsurumi, and is surrounded by the magnificent bosom of nature, so I decided to set up a kitchen here.
The dishes are four seasons, including fresh seafood fried in rich fishing grounds in the coastal waters such as Genkai Nada, Seto Inland Sea, and Bungo Channel, delicious seasonal highland vegetables grown in the land of Kyushu, and carefully selected delicious Bungo beef and red chicken. You can enjoy a variety of creative dishes that use abundantly luxurious ingredients from time to time and add a French taste based on Japanese cuisine. Two chefs, a chef who has mastered sushi and a Japanese chef who represents Kyushu, meet, wield their skills, and confidently provide guests with excitement.

Guests staying at BUAISOU can also use ONNOMI for an additional fee.
