This is a charcoal-grilled kaiseki course which includes fresh sashimi (raw fish), seafood-based cuisine using fish caught in the Oita Bungo Channel, seasonal alpine vegetables, and charcoal-grilled choice Bungo beef and Akadori chicken.
Enjoy beef shabu-shabu kaiseki (a traditional Japanese meal brought in courses) or other kaiseki varieties depending on the season.
* Sashimi platters and special dishes are available according to your preference by prior reservation.
Our large open-air common bath is situated at an ideal site. From here you can see fog in the morning, blue sky in the daytime, and lights in the evening. Guests can use the open-air bath in the facility free of charge, and the chartered hot springs of 7 rooms are available at a special price.
